Boyd’s Place is located in Umatilla, Oregon near the Marina & RV Park.

This three bedroom, two bathroom property sleeps 9 comfortably and features amazing views of the Umatilla Marina and Columbia River.

While staying with us, you can take advantage of the river access by fishing or boating or you can sightsee at the McNary Wildlife Nature Are or McNary Dam and Interpretive Center.

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Full Charge – Full Stay – If canceled within 2 days of arrival

Partial Charge – 50% of Full Stay – If canceled within 6 days of arrival


Terms and Conditions:

Minimum Stay: We require a 2-night minimum stay.

Minimum Age
: Renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Noise Restrictions
: Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. (please respect our full time neighbors). Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our home. Any small gathering must comply with the other house rules regarding noise.

Parking: Please park your vehicles in the driveway. The garage is off-limits for guests’ vehicles.

Cleaning: Premises will be delivered to you in a professionally cleaned condition. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $140 is required with all reservations. This fee is for our housekeepers who dust, vacuum, sanitize, clean linens and towels, maintain the rental and remove refuse from the property. Guests are required to follow all check out procedures detailed in this agreement and leave the property in the same general and good habitable condition it was in when the guest(s) arrived. Undue and/or unreasonable cleaning of the unit shall be charged to the guest’s/cardholder’s credit card as an Additional Cleaning Charge at a rate of up to $45/hour, with a one hour minimum. This also applies to the property exterior, grounds, and BBQ.

Linens & Towels: Bath towels, sheets, pillow and comforters are provided. We provide beach towels for outdoor use. DO NOT take the unit’s linens or bath towels outside.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises (including porches, decks or outdoor areas). Failure to follow this policy will result in loss of the security deposit.

Illegal Substances: No illegal substances are allowed in the rental, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol. Violations will result in eviction from the property and no refunds will be issued.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.

Check Out Cleaning Requirements: A starter supply of expendable supplies such as paper goods and soap is provided; please bring additional if you feel this will not be adequate. Basic cleaning supplies are stocked to do your own cleaning during your stay.
Housekeeping is not provided during your stay.

1. Upon departure please strip the sheets/pillow cases and start a load of laundry and start the dishwasher.
2. Place soiled towels in the bathtub.
3. All dirty dishes, cookware and eating utensils should be washed, rinsed, dried and put away in the proper location.
4. Floors should be in generally good condition and ready to be vacuumed by our housekeepers.
5. All household trash should be properly bagged up so as to avoid spillage/leakage, and deposited in the proper refuse containers provided.
6. Refrigerator and microwave should be left clean and free of food.
7. All appliances (stove, oven, BBQ, etc.) should be left in a clean condition and free of spills and grease.
8. Please wipe down counters and other surfaces.
9. All litter must be picked up from the premises and placed in the outside garbage can, tied securely in trash bags.


Security & Safety Risks
: Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the unit. Never leave children unsupervised at our property without any adults.

Damages: Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before check-out. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

Limitation of Liability; Indemnification: Renter releases the City of Umatilla and its contractors,employees, and representatives from, and waives all claims for: (a) injury ordamage to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any: (i) accident,condition, defect, matter, or thing in and about the house; (ii) act or neglectof any other person; and/or (iii) liability related to COVID-19 or any otherhealth emergency; and/or (b) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OREXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY.  The City of Umatilla’s liability to Renterfor monetary damages of any kind, based on any legal theory or claim shall belimited to the amount equal to the cost for a two-night stay at the house and further limited if and as required by theOregon Tort Claims Act. Renter shall indemnify, defend, and hold theCity of Umatilla, and its contractors, employees, and representatives, harmlessfrom any claim, liability, damage, or loss, and any cost or expense in connectiontherewith (including attorney fees), arising out of: (a) injury or damage to personor property occurring in and about the house; (b) action or inaction by Renteror its invitees; and/or (c) Renter’s breach or violation of any term of this policy.
