Designed for players of all levels of experience, the league emphasizes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Participants will take part in practices led by knowledgeable coaches, enjoy friendly competitions, and play games that focus on learning, development, and fun.
Through our partnership with MLS GO, players will have access to quality resources and training materials inspired by Major League Soccer, helping them build confidence and strengthen their abilities on the field.

- Game times are dependent on age groups. Please see our playbooks for more information.
- MLS GO is coached by volunteer coaches. Anyone over the age of 18 and able to pass a background check could have the opportunity to coach
- Players who have a parent or family member coach their team will receive free registration for the 2026 MLS GO season.

Benefits of Coaching:
- Parent coaches will have their children placed on their team.
- Registration fees will be reimbursed once coaches complete a background check and attend the mandatory coaches’ meeting.
Requirements for Coaches:
- Commit to holding at least one practice per week (two practices are recommended).
- Understand and implement safety guidelines, including proper warm-up exercises, hydration, and concussion awareness protocols.
- Ensure all players wear required equipment during practices and games.
- Ability to communicate effectively with players, parents, and league officials.
- Teach players the fundamentals of soccer, including offensive and defensive skills, in alignment with league regulations.
- Exhibit sportsmanship, fairness, and a positive attitude both on and off the field.
- Promote teamwork, respect, and inclusivity among players.
- Adhere to the league’s code of conduct for coaches, which prohibits any form of verbal or physical abuse, unsportsmanlike behavior, or favoritism.
- Encourage and enforce the code of conduct for players and parents.
- Pass a background check prior to coaching.
